Are they real leather?
Yes, all our sandals are handmade using the best quality Mexican leather. The sole is also made of leather.
Are they comfortable?
Yes, the soles of our sandals are unique since they are made with two leather sheets and in the middle they have an Eva sheet, a fomi type material, which makes the sandals mold to your foot so you can walk long distances with maximum comfort.
How much is the shipping?
We have shipping to all Mexican states for 100 pesos.
We also have shipments to the USA with the customer taking responsibility for the extra tax costs.
Do you have a physical store?
We have a showroom in Guadalajara near Andares Shopping Mall. You can make an appointment with Paty at 3331996189.
Do you sell wholesale?
We have wholesale prices, starting from 6 pairs and up. If you want more information and prices, send us an email to [email protected].
I am a half-size, what number should I buy?
Half-sizes refer to the width of the foot, so we would recommend buying half a size higher. For example, if you are 8.5 the size 9 should be perfect!
Do I need to register to make a purchase?
No, but remember that by registering you can access a discount on your first purchase and you can also be informed about, promotions, discounts and new products.
Does the shopping cart have shipping costs that are calculated automatically?
Yes, and remember that the shipping will be free after the purchase of 2 pairs of sandals.
What happens if my order did not arrive?
If more than 5 business days have passed, you will have to contact DHL or used shipping service using the tracking number that was given to you in your email at the time of purchase.
The sandals that I bought did not fit!
If the size of your sandals is not correct do not worry, we can change them for another size of the same model, as long as the requested size is in stock; otherwise you can select another model of equal or greater cost paying the difference.
Remember that you only have 5 business days from the date the package was delivered. We will contact you and we will explain what are the steps to follow. Remember that before making any change you must comply with all the regulations of the returns policy.
