SHIPPING POLICIES

Here at Kenda we work so that your orders arrive to you in the fastest way possible; that’s why we formed an alliance with DHL so that you receive your shipment between 2 to 5 business days.

YOUR SHIPPING WILL BE FREE WITH A MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT OF 2 PAIRS OF SANDALS.

We offer sale within the Mexican Republic and the United States.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be totally satisfied with each shoe you buy, if for some reason you are not, we accept the exchange of your shoes fulfilling the following conditions:

1. The shoes must be in perfect condition (original packaging, no use and no scratches).

2. To make a size exchange, you must request it on the first 5 days from the day you received your package, it may be for the same model or a different model of equal or greater cost (paying the difference).

3. Kenda will absorb the cost of the parcel in exchanges; as long as the purchase was greater than $ 900 pesos; otherwise the client will absorb the shipping cost ($ 99 pesos).

4. There are no refunds of money, only exchanges for another product. The client is obliged to contact us to be able to follow up on their exchange, either by email ([email protected]) or by phone at 3331996189.

 

FAULTY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are sure that our products are of excellent quality; therefore we offer our customers a 30 day guarantee for faulty returns from the day of delivery. With each return it will be necessary to send photographs highlighting the defect, send them to the email ([email protected]) to be evaluated by the administration.

There are no exchanges or returns in discount purchases. We are not responsible, in case of loss of merchandise, or if it arrives out of time; the shipping company will have to be held responsible.
